The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The righteous run into it and are safe. – Proverbs 18:10
Years ago, I dreamed that I lived in a temple located in the sky, high above the circle of the earth. There, God taught me to make oxygen masks. He told me a flood was coming. Once it did, I was supposed to take the oxygen masks to Earth and give them to people so they could find the temple and be safe.
Who can ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully – Psalm 24:3-4
This is what God is doing in the Earth right now. He is cleaning our hands and purifying our hearts.
Trials and tribulations are increasing with intensity. Deep darkness is coming to the Earth’s surface. It’s bubbling out from the depths, creating more fear, more chaos, more confusion, more destruction.
God has a plan. He always has a plan.
The answer to this is the glory of God. The Word says His glory will cover the earth like the waters cover the seas (Habakkuk 2:14). We need Him, His glorious strength, and the anointing that breaks every yoke of bondage to come against the deep darkness.
Only those with clean hands and pure hearts can carry the glory of God. Only vessels of the deepest honor.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. – Ephesian 6:12
In order to ascend the hill of the Lord, we need to pass through the second heaven. Because of what is in the second heaven (Ephesians 6:12), we will only survive if we are blameless and upright before Him. Otherwise, the enemy will destroy us. If we have clean hands and a pure heart, we will stand in His holy place and see His wonderful face (Matthew 5:8). Ascending the hill of the Lord means going up into the heavenly realm, where all the glory is, where our incorruptible inheritance, and the lover of our soul, Jesus is. We are in a season of standing before Him and beholding His beauty!
Your faith is more precious than gold
I had a vision of myself standing before the Lord, up in the heavenly realm. I held my hands up to receive from Him, and He poured liquid gold into them; it was His glory! Then I poured what was in my hands into the Earth. This is the call right now to all who will answer. The world needs it! We all do.
The Word compares faith to gold (I Peter 1:7). Faith is required to ascend the hill of the Lord. The fire of testing, adversity and trials is strengthening our faith and bringing us into a position of friendship with God. This is because we are learning to lay down our lives for Him (John 15:12). It is a fire that births obedience with the whole heart, a heart that is steadfast and immovable because of love for the great King. A heart that only knows one thing, and that is to keep going, keep climbing the mountain until we see the face of Jesus. The One our souls love most. The fire of affliction in this season is dissolving the lukewarm church. It is destroying complacency.
This fire will lead to another fire.
What the enemy means for evil, to destroy you, will lead you into God’s heart if you don’t give up. God’s own heart is a fiery furnace turned up seven times hotter! He is a consuming fire, a living flame of love. To abide in the living flame of love is to dwell in the shelter of the Almighty. In this place we receive the promises of Psalm 91. Those who live in the fire are filled with His glory and they are kept safe. In this place we are armed and ready for battle. In this place obedience becomes complete and we are given authority to punish disobedience (2 Corinthians 10:6), and to destroy the works of darkness in the name of Jesus. We become bondservants of the Lord, vessels of honor, bound to Him in steadfast love, filled to the brim with His glory. Glory that will drench the Earth in wave after wave like an ocean.
God will once again flood the Earth, not with water, but with His glory.
Jesus told us that the last days will be like the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37). The same evil and deep darkness that corrupted the Earth then is corrupting the Earth once more (Gen 6:11-12). Sin is becoming full grown, but God has a plan, a flood of His glory, a worldwide revival, and a great harvest of souls.
I ask you this, sons and daughters of the King – will You allow God to bring you into His fire? Will you allow the fire of adversity to purify your hearts and clean your hands? Will you remain steadfast, pursuing Him, the lover of your soul, laying aside every weight and sin? Will you allow Him to form you into a vessel of deep honor, a vessel that has access to heaven, that ascends the hill of the Lord? Will you allow Him to fill you with His glory and send you into the Earth, spreading His fire and fragrance wherever you go? The harvest is plentiful. The laborers are few (Luke 10:2). Rise up and answer the call of God on your life. He is our reward. He is our incorruptible inheritance.
If this prophetic teaching blessed you and kindled that flame burning within, please pray this prayer with me:
Father, I come before You in Jesus’ name. Give me a heart that searches for You and finds You. Stir up and awaken love for Jesus in me. Bind my heart to His. I want all my days to be a pleasing fragrance for You. Teach me to lay my life down at Your feet. Teach me to love and honor You the way You love and honor me. Make my heart an altar. Purify my heart and clean my hands. Clothe me in Your righteousness and bring me into the shelter of the Most High. You are the author and finisher of my faith. Build within me steadfast and unshakable faith. Pour Your fire and glory into me. I want to become a vessel of deep honor. Lead me down paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake and glorify Your name through my life. Here I am Lord, use me, in Jesus’ name… Amen.
